Who We Are
Even-Orah Foundation is a catalyst for transformation in primarily in Nigeria with focus across Africa. We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youths and women through leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community development. By providing vocational training, mentorship, and resources, we are fostering a generation of innovative leaders who can drive sustainable growth and positive change.
Our journey began in 2009 in response to the pressing issues of poverty, unemployment, and social unrest prevalent in Nigeria. We recognized the urgent need to provide opportunities for young people to break free from the cycle of poverty and contribute positively to their communities through the exploration of untapped potentials in the region.
This goal is achieved through the provision of relevant vocational training, skills acquisition, and leadership development, which will in turn encourage independent contribution of young people towards sustainable growth and development.
Our vision is a Nigeria and Africa where every individual, regardless of background, has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We believe that by equipping youth and women with the skills and confidence they need to succeed, we can create a more equitable and prosperous region for all.
